HOW DO I PAY?

You can either call me, and I can register you or you can create an account yourself in the "Student Sign Up" section.

All lessons have to be paid for in advance Online. Customers who have purchased a Monthly Payment Plan are billed at the time of their first lesson upon enrolling and then the 1st of the month thereafter.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Lesson prices listed on the homepage are listed at a discounted rate for weekly, ongoing lessons. Payment for the entire month is due at the first of the month. Single lessons are billed on the day of the lesson.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE LESSON?

Your instrument, picks and papers from previous weeks. I recommend you get a folder to keep your papers in.

If you forget something one week, it's not a problem - I've gotcha covered.

HOW DO ONLINE LESSONS WORK?

I teach my Online Lessons via FaceTime or Skype. I will call you at our scheduled time.

Upon purchasing a Monthly Payment plan or Single Lesson, an email will be sent with detailed instructions regarding the lesson.

Given that I cannot physically be there, here are a few things to keep in mind to make sure the lesson goes smoothly.

Make sure your instrument is in tune ahead of time. If you're a new student and have no idea, don't worry. I'll guide you through the process.

Make sure your Phone/Computer/Tablet is connected to WiFi. Or whatever your strongest signal is.

Make sure you have Guitar Picks. I would recommend you get a pack of them ahead of time. Picks are fairly inexpensive and come in packs of 12 for $5.

If you're playing an Electric Guitar or Bass, Make sure your cable and amp both work. If your guitar isn't working, it's most likely your cable.

Do I need to buy a book? No. I will send songs to the student to practice. If there is ever a need for a book, I will let you know ahead of time.

How often should the student practice? As often as possible. I advise that the student at least picks up the guitar and plays for at least 10 minutes a day. Everyone's life and schedule is different, but the most important part is to stay familiar with your instrument and the piece we are currently working on.

CAN I DO BOTH IN PERSON AND ONLINE LESSONS?

Yes! I have several students that come in person every other week or once a month.

To accomplish this, you would have to enroll in a Monthly Payment Plan for Weekly Online Lessons and then notify me in advance if you are coming in person one week. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Just let me know if it's something you would be interested in and we can set it up!

CAN I DO 1 HOUR LESSONS EVERY OTHER WEEK?

Due to scheduling conflicts that arise, I cannot reserve weekly time every other week. This could only be accomplished by purchasing Single Lessons every other week.

The only exception would be if two students each went every other week at the same time.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND A LESSON ONE WEEK?

No problem! Just reach out to me ahead of time and we'll figure out a date and time to make-up our lesson.

Lessons can be easily be rescheduled and cancelled in your account as well via the "Student Login" section on the website. Your login information for the Student Portal will be sent to you when you fill out the form in the "Student Sign Up" section on the website.

Reschedules/Cancels MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson time. Failure to do so will result in a lost lesson. Upon cancelling, you will be given a Makeup Credit that can be used to book lesson time in addition to your regularly scheduled time.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A GUITAR?

If the lesson is In Person, you may borrow one of mine for the lesson.

I know that when you haven't tried something and don't know if you'll like it, it may be hard to justify spending money on it - But without an instrument to practice at home, you can never really get good enough to actually enjoy it.

If you have any questions selecting an instrument, I can definitely guide you in the right direction.

CAN YOU PRODUCE/RECORD A SONG FOR ME OR MY CHILD?

Yes! I love working on original music as well as covers with my students.

HOW DO I CANCEL LESSONS?

No problem! Just let me know at the end of the month.
