All reschedules/cancels MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a lost lesson. Upon rescheduling or cancelling, the student is given a Make-Up credit that can be used to schedule a lesson in addition to their regularly scheduled time. Make-Up credits are given as a courtesy and are not redeemable for any monetary value. Make-Up Credits must be used within 1 year of being issued. Customers enrolled in a Monthly Payment Plan are billed at the beginning of the month automatically. Single Lessons are billed on the day of the lesson. A student enrolled in weekly lessons gets to keep their day/time as long as they are continually enrolled. If a student cancels at any point, their spot can be taken by any other student. I reserve the right to cancel instruction to any student at any time.
